Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vigil by IOanyT's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Services Description

Vigil provides AI-orchestrated infrastructure services including monitoring, security scanning, compliance management, and cost optimization for cloud-based infrastructure.

Account and Access

To use our Services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Grant us necessary AWS IAM permissions to monitor your infrastructure
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Professional and Enterprise tier clients receive SLA guarantees as specified in their service agreement. Starter tier services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees:

Are billed monthly in advance
Are non-refundable except as required by law
May be changed with 30 days' notice

Data and Privacy

We collect and process infrastructure metrics and logs as necessary to provide our Services. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will remove our access to your infrastructure and delete monitoring data as specified in your service agreement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
